By Devanshu (Dev)

Keto Coffee is an awesome starting point to any busy day. Make it even better with just a touch of added flavor too! This special Vanilla Keto Coffee recipe is so delightful and yet super easy to prepare. You will want to try this out if you are looking for a nice alternative to regular coffee.

Keto Coffee Cream

For this special Keto Coffee recipe, you will need: two ounces of high-quality soy milk, three tablespoons of organic unsweetened coffee, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, four fresh, freshly grated coffee beans and two teaspoons of lemon juice. Adjust your stovetop to medium heat and stir in the soy milk. Allow the mixture to become warm. Once warm, add the coffee beans and allow to brew. Turn off the stove and stir in the vanilla extract.

In order for your coffee to have a true, “bulletproof” taste, it must contain the right fats. It is best to use unsweetened coffee as the beverage to keep it from becoming too sweet. This way the fats in the coffee are not necessary to keep the coffee from having that full flavor. Using low or no fats in your keto coffee will also keep you from adding empty calories to your diet that may be found in traditional, store-bought coffee that uses high-calorie fat. The fat in the cup of bulletproof coffee is what gives it that added thickness and richness that are so important when you are aiming for losing weight.

As a rule, it is recommended that you drink one to two cups of get coffee or intermittent fasting every other day or so. You can also alternate between intermittent fasting and regular coffee. Coffee has been proven to help in weight loss and also aids in burning calories. Since it is made up of simple carbs, it will not increase your waistline or increase your blood sugar. This means you do not need to worry about adding butter to your sandwiches any more.

Keto coffee creamer is another ingredient that you will need for your diet. If you are using it, make sure you use organic products. You don’t want to end up with unnecessary chemicals and other unhealthy ingredients. Organic ingredients are always better for your diet. However, you should make sure you are using a high-quality keto coffee creamer because you need it to thicken to the consistency you like.

Your diet consists of basic ingredients such as eggs, milk, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. For the keto coffee creamer, you will need one tablespoon of coconut oil, one tablespoon of coffee, one tablespoon of whey protein concentrate, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, and two teaspoons of cinnamon. If you cannot find any of these ingredients at your local grocery store, look online or in specialty health food stores. Make sure you find an all-natural, healthy product with high quality ingredients to ensure you have a delicious cup of coffee in the morning.
