Keto Diet Explained From A Health perspective!

By Devanshu (Dev)

If you’re wondering what to diet means, this article will explain it in easy to understand terms. In short, it is a diet where you eat a reduced amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat. It was originally invented by Tom Atkins, who used it as a weight loss strategy for people suffering from diabetes.

The keto diet explained further explains that your main goal should be to reduce the amount of insulin produced by your pancreas. As a general rule, your body always runs on glucose to provide energy. Only when your glycogen stores dwindle, it turns to the main stored body fat for making energy. Keto diet explained why eating a low carbohydrate diet will create a huge deficiency of glucose and hence the body begins to use the fatty acids for generating energy. If you want to lose weight, this is when you need to use the fat as the main source of energy for the day.

There are 2 major benefits of the ketosis diet. The first one is your overall health and fitness levels tend to improve quite a bit when you follow it. In addition to this, when you use the meals plans to lose weight, your metabolism rate increases and all these increase your metabolic efficiency which improves your fat burning efficiency. So, not only will you be able to lose weight, you’ll also be able to feel better than you ever have before.

This diet is designed for people who are just starting to go through a set journey (a journey where your body has started to use fat for its energy). If you are a beginner to losing weight, I suggest that you start with the South Beach Diet. This diet is recommended for most people as it includes a lot of fresh vegetables, a lot of water and mostly protein from grass-fed beef. With the South Beach Diet, you will also avoid refined carbohydrates such as white bread or pastries.

Once you reach your weight loss goal, you can start to experiment with the other diets. Some people do not like to limit themselves to one type of food. For instance, some people may like to eat more protein, but they may also like to eat more vegetables. If you choose to try out the South Beach Diet, you can eliminate the use of artificial sweeteners and glucose (the main source of glucose) from your diet. As you go on this journey, you will learn how exogenous ketones affect your health and how they can help you lose weight.

Exogenous ketones are found when you digest meat products. They are usually short chains of glucose molecules that are much smaller than the glucose chains that you find in whole grains, fruits and veggies. When you are in a state of ketosis, the liver produces ketones as a result. The main benefit of cutting out carbs is that your body burns fat at a much higher rate because the metabolism has had enough time to break down the carbs without getting tired.
